Service description

Taro Tailor is a mobile app that uses AI to generate design previews of rooms and outdoor spaces. You upload a photo, pick a style, get an AI-generated preview showing how the space could look.

The service is a visualisation tool. Generated images are approximations — never blueprints, construction drawings, or professional design specifications.

AI-generated content disclaimer

All design previews are generated by AI models. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, structurally feasible, or compliant with building regulations.

Always consult a qualified architect, designer, or builder before any renovation. Taro Tailor accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI previews.

Subscriptions and payments

Taro Tailor offers free and paid tiers. Free users get 3 transformations. Paid subscriptions deliver 30 designs per month on monthly or annual billing.

• Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Unused design generations do not roll over.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely for generating your design preview.

AI-generated previews are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share them on social media. You may not resell them or use them in a competing service.

The Taro Tailor name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taro Tailor and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may be subject to downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
