Service description

Taro Tailor is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate design previews of rooms and outdoor spaces. You upload a photo, select a design style, and receive an AI-generated preview image showing how your space could look in that style.

The service is provided as an inspiration and visualisation tool. Generated images are approximations and should not be treated as architectural plans, construction drawings, or professional design specifications.

AI-generated content disclaimer

All design previews are generated by artificial intelligence models. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, structurally feasible, or compliant with building regulations. We do not warrant that generated images represent achievable outcomes.

You should consult a qualified architect, designer, or builder before undertaking any renovation or construction work. Taro Tailor accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated previews.

Subscriptions and payments

Taro Tailor offers free and paid tiers. Free users receive 3 design transformations. Paid subscriptions provide 30 designs per month on either a monthly or annual billing cycle.

• Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Unused design generations do not roll over to the next billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

Intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to Taro Tailor. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your design preview.

AI-generated design previews are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated images on social media or with friends and family. You may not resell generated images or use them to provide a competing service.

The Taro Tailor name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taro Tailor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may be subject to downtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Taro Tailor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
